DAMAGES AND ISSUES
For defective, damaged, or incorrect orders, please contact us immediately within 7 days upon receipt and attach photos and complete unboxing video of the items you received so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right ♡
RETURNS AND EXCHANGE
We accept returns and exchange within 7 days upon receipt, provided that:
The product to be returned and exchanged is unused and is in its original packaging with no signs of damage or alteration; and
The product to be returned and exchanged has either the same price or a lower price than the new items to be exchanged.
The customer is responsible for the cost and risk of the returning the products to us. To make a return and exchange an item, please be guided by the steps below:
Please email uswith the following:
-Subject: RETURNS AND EXCHANGE – ORDER #0000
-Body: Order number and/or order name; reason for the return and exchange; new item you wish your order to be exchanged with.
-Attachments: Photos of the item you wish to return and exchange for proof that it is still unused and is still in its original condition.
Securely wrap the item to be returned and exchanged with thick bubble wrap or with any other material that will prevent any damages in transit. Please note that we will not accommodate any returns and exchange if we receive damaged items due to transit.
After wrapping the item, send us photos of it on the same email thread for proof that it was securely wrapped.
Please wait for our response as we will coordinate with you on where to send the item.
After receiving our shipping details, please go to your preferred courier to send the item back to us. Please note that all shipping expenses will be shouldered by the buyer.
After shipping out the item, please send us the tracking number on the same email thread.
Once we receive the item, we will immediately inspect it and coordinate with you.
Upon approval, we will then proceed with the exchange. If the new selected item/s are of the same price, you will only have to pay the minimum shipping fee of P100 prior to shipment. Please note that the shipping fee is subject to change depending on your location. If the new selected item/s have a higher price, the additional price will be added on top of the shipping fee. Please note that we cannot accommodate lower priced returns and exchange as the previous order can no longer be modified and refunded in our system.
Upon settling the payment, we will ship out the new item to you within 1 to 2 working days.

We ship out orders every MTWFS via J&T Express / Flash Express (depending on availability).
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME
2-3 days preparation time
1-3 days within Luzon
4-5 days Outside Luzon
Please note that this is only the ESTIMATED delivery time as we do not have control over the exact delivery dates of our courier. Possible delays may also occur due to holidays, inclement weather, other unforeseen events, and/or the implementation of community quarantine which limits transportation and mobility.
The selected courier will notify you via text message or phone call before they deliver your item, so please ensure that the correct cellphone number is provided upon checking out. Also ensure that the provided number is always reachable.
